Sorenson Media Premium Support

Sorenson Media phone support is available only to customers who have purchased the Premium Support package available from the Sales Team at sales@sorensonmedia.com or by calling (888) 767-3676.

The Premium Support package is $149 and includes a year of free updates to Squeeze for all Squeeze 9 users.

Sorenson Premium Support comes free with purchase of Squeeze Premium or Squeeze Server.

New 360 Upload Without Re-encoding Option for MP4 Files

You may now upload an MP4 file to your 360 account without re-encoding using the Upload page on your 360 account. http://360.sorensonmedia.com/upload

For some time now the Squish stand alone uploader has been the only way to directly upload files to Sorenson 360 without re-encoding. Now we have a new option which is integrated into the Upload page of the 360 website.

Unfortunately the Squish uploader is now inoperable. Please use this new feature of the Upload page to directly upload your MP4 videos to your 360 account.

Thank you for your patience as we roll out this update to 360 video uploading.

*Important Information for Mac Users*

-Squeeze 7 and older not compatible with Mac OS 10.8 Mountain Lion

Unfortunately Squeeze 7 and older are NOT compatible with Apple's latest OS - Mac OS 10.8 Mountain Lion.

Squeeze 8 and higher are compatible with Mac OS 10.8. You can upgrade to Squeeze 9 here:
